Changed your mind, or a product doesn’t suit you? Here is how to exercise your right of withdrawal and get a refund. This information is taken from our terms and conditions of sale (Articles 6, 7 and 13).
14 days to withdraw
You have fourteen (14) days to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason and without bearing any costs other than those provided for in Articles L.221-23 to L.221-25 of the French Consumer Code.
This period runs from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the last product in the order.
How to withdraw
- Online, in a few clicks: withdraw from contract here, including for an order placed without a customer account.
- From your customer account: go to “My account”, then “Orders”.
- In writing: using the model form below, or any other unambiguous statement, sent by email to info@vinruhlmann.fr or by post.
You do not have to use the online feature. Each request made online is immediately acknowledged with a time-stamped confirmation.
Returning the bottles
Send the bottles back to us intact no later than 14 days after your withdrawal request, to the following address:

The cost of returning the bottles is borne by you.
Refund
We will refund all sums paid, including the initial delivery costs (at the standard delivery rate), no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal request, using the payment method used for the order. We may withhold the refund until we have received the bottles or until you have supplied proof of having sent them back.
Damaged or non-conforming product
You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for two (2) years from delivery (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). In the event of a lack of conformity, contact us at info@vinruhlmann.fr or on +33 3 88 92 03 21: you can obtain a replacement of the product free of charge or, failing that, a price reduction or a refund.
