EARL GILBERT RUHLMANN FILS respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same.
It is the policy of EARL GILBERT RUHLMANN FILS, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, to disable and/or terminate the account or access of users who repeatedly infringe, or are repeatedly accused of infringing, the copyright or other intellectual property rights of others.
EARL GILBERT RUHLMANN FILS will respond to claims of infringement of Intellectual Property Rights committed via https://vinruhlmann.fr (“the Site and/or the Platform”) that are brought to the attention of EARL GILBERT RUHLMANN FILS in accordance with this Policy.
If you are the holder of an Intellectual Property Right, or are authorised to act on behalf of such a person, please report alleged infringements of Intellectual Property Rights committed on or through the Site and the Platform by returning the following Notice of Alleged Infringement, duly completed, to EARL GILBERT RUHLMANN FILS, as described below.
Upon receipt of the Notice described below, EARL GILBERT RUHLMANN FILS will take, at its sole discretion, any action it deems appropriate, including the removal of the disputed content from the Site and/or the Platform.
Notice of infringement
1. Identify the specific protected work that you consider to have been infringed or – if several works are covered by this Notice – you may provide a representative list of the works that you consider to have been infringed.
2. Identify the content that you consider to be infringing (or to be the subject of infringing activity) and which, in your opinion, should be removed or access to which should be disabled, together with information reasonably sufficient to enable us to locate that content, including, at a minimum and where applicable, the URL of the link on the Site and the Platform from which the content in question can be accessed.
3. State your postal address, your telephone number and, where applicable, your email address.
4. Include the two statements below in the body of the Notice:
“I hereby declare that I believe in good faith that the disputed use of the identified material is not authorised by the Intellectual Property Right holder, its agent or the law (e.g. the statutory and case-law exceptions of ‘fair use’).”
“I hereby declare that the information in this Notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the holder of, or am authorised to act on behalf of the holder of, the Intellectual Property Rights allegedly infringed.”
5. State your first and last names and add your electronic or handwritten signature.
6. Send this Notice, together with all the completed items, to EARL GILBERT RUHLMANN FILS:
