Our wines

Where do your wines come from?

From our family vineyard in Scherwiller, Alsace, certified High Environmental Value (HVE). The estate was founded in 1958 by Gilbert Ruhlmann; we produce AOC Alsace wines, Crémants d’Alsace and the Grand Cru Frankstein.

How should I store your bottles?

Lying down, away from light, in a cool place with a stable temperature. The ageing potential of each wine is given on its product page.

At what temperature should I serve your wines?

It is given on each product page: for example 5 to 7 °C for the Crémant d’Alsace, 8 to 10 °C for the Vendanges Tardives.
