Crémant Extra-Brut – Effervescent Elegance

The Crémant Extra-Brut is the embodiment of the elegance of the region’s sparkling wines. Made from a blend of Pinot, Riesling, and sometimes Chardonnay, it stands out for its reduced sweetness thanks to an extra-brut dosage, even less sweet than a brut crémant. This sparkling wine is produced using the traditional method, guaranteeing a fine mousse and great complexity. This crémant will be ideal for those looking for a dry and refined wine, to be enjoyed during convivial moments.

Notes on Production

It is a sparkling wine with an Appellation of “Controlled Origin (AOC) since 1976. The harvest, carried out exclusively by hand, preserves the full richness of the grapes. These are pressed as whole bunches, then benefit from” a slow fermentation in the bottle to allow the “appearance of fine bubbles. The” aging on lees lasts a minimum of 12 months, guaranteeing a complex, refined wine with a delicate mousse. The wine is then disgorged and corked with natural cork to preserve its full quality.
