Commentary
It is a sparkling wine, benefiting from the Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée since 1976. Manual harvesting guarantees the quality of the grapes, and slow fermentation in the bottle gives this Crémant a very fine mousse. After a minimum of 12 months of aging, it is disgorged and carefully corked to preserve all its elegance.

This cuvée boasts a magnificent brilliant salmon-pink color. Its nose exhales clear aromas of red fruits such as raspberry and strawberry.
