The Crémant Rosé d’Alsace is a delicate sparkling wine, made exclusively from Pinot Noir, the only red grape variety in Alsace. Its traditional method and elegant salmon-pink color make it an ideal cuvée for refined and original aperitifs. This Crémant embodies the perfect balance between freshness and gourmet pleasure.

Comment

It is a sparkling wine, benefiting from the Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée since 1976. Manual harvesting guarantees the quality of the grapes, and slow fermentation in the bottle gives this Crémant a very fine mousse. After a minimum of 12 months of aging, it is disgorged and carefully corked to preserve all its elegance.

This cuvée boasts a magnificent brilliant salmon-pink color. Its nose exhales clear aromas of red fruits such as raspberry and strawberry. On the palate, the fine and delicate effervescence refreshes and delights. This wine is flavorful, slightly rounded, and distinguished by an elegant and persistent bubble.
