Pinot Gris Ortenberg is distinguished by its brilliant and luminous golden color. On the nose, it releases intense and complex aromas of ripe fruits, smoky notes, and sweet spices, characteristic of its granite terroir.
On the palate, it offers a full and silky attack, supported by a pronounced minerality that brings freshness. Its structure is balanced, round, and full-bodied, with a beautiful length on the palate and a persistent finish with fruity and spicy nuances, as well as a beautiful minerality.
Serve it at a temperature of 12 to 14°C to appreciate all its aromatic richness. This wine can be kept between 4 and 6 years, during which time it will continue to gain in complexity.
